None of us are super-human; however, we can all achieve leadership excellence by being true
to ourselves, understanding the impact of our behaviour on others and our organisations,
and making a genuine commitment to our on-going growth.
The Enneagram, the most powerful and profound system for developing Emotional
Intelligence, provides the missing link between developing your self-mastery as a leader
and enhancing specific leadership competencies - for example, driving for results, thinking
strategically, making optimal decisions, leading high-performing teams, and more.
During the 3½ days at Newtown Castle in the magical Burren you are invited to use the
Enneagram to explore:
- Your patterns of thinking, feeling, and taking action
- How these
patterns influence your leadership style,
- The relationship between your leadership
style and your fluency and growth in today’s critical leadership competencies. In addition,
You wil alsol have time to explore the beauty of the environment and enjoy the creative arts as a
pathway to your development experience.
